Chrono-Matter

This application provides a simple countdown timer useable for anything. It also allows the time vlaue to be written to a text file to support Open Broadcast Studio's text overlay. This allows the display of an onscreen countdown timer for Twitch or YouTube streams. It also supports displaying currently playing songs when utilizing VLC by turning on the VLC webserver.
