Added tooltips, save prompt, and some field validation

- Added tooltips for Code Source fields to explain what they do.
- Added validation for Inc Files (CSV) field in the Code Source editor
- Fixed Codes Source file browsing into the wrong directory
- Added a dirty flag to know when the Code Sources have actually been modified. The user is now prompted to save changes if they try to leave without saving.
