Clip weights, Unique Clips, and other UI fixes

- Can now delete clips when playing them with the keyboard by hitting the 'delete' key. The last played clip will be deleted.
- Improved clip-blinking when playing/stopping/mouse-over
- For Video Mashups
- Added clip weight (0-100) which affects how probable the clip will be selected over others. Note that its probability is divided by the total weight of all the clips.
- Added unique flag which tells Video Dude to insert that clip only once if it is selected.
